Welcome to FLIT ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, subscribing to any plan, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Use of Our Services

You agree to use FLIT’s services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the service:

  • To violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • To infringe on the rights of others
  • To submit false or misleading information
  • To disrupt or interfere with security features or functionality

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if any activity is deemed harmful, abusive, illegal, or in violation of these Terms.

2. Account Creation & Responsibility

To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

We are not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

3. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

FLIT offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing:

  • You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method
  • Payments are billed in advance and are non-refundable
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date

We reserve the right to change pricing and features with reasonable notice. Promotional discounts are not guaranteed upon renewal.

4. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Your service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice if you:

  • Breach these Terms
  • Misuse our platform
  • Cause harm to our reputation or service

No refunds will be issued for remaining time on terminated accounts unless required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the FLIT platform—including but not limited to designs, logos, code, features, trademarks, and text—is the property of FLIT or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.

6. User-Generated Content

If you submit any content (text, media, links) to our platform:

  • You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and display it as part of providing our services
  • You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of the content you provide

We reserve the right to remove or reject content that violates laws or our policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FLIT and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Any data loss, profit loss, or service interruption
  • Any third-party claims arising out of your use of our platform

Access to and use of our services is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, without any warranties or guarantees. Users assume full responsibility for any risks associated with their use.

8. Modifications to Service

The Service, in whole or in part, may be revised, enhanced, suspended, or withdrawn at the sole discretion of the provider, at any time and without obligation to provide prior notice. Continued access or utilization of the Service following such alterations shall be deemed as acknowledgment and acceptance of the amended terms and functionalities.

9. Privacy

Your access to and use of the Service is further subject to the provisions of our Privacy Policy, which outlines the manner in which personal data is collected, used, and safeguarded. By engaging with the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described therein.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without reference to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or relating to the Service shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated within Pakistan.

We retain the right to amend or revise these Terms at our discretion, at any time. Any such modifications will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
